The Technical Notes below pertain to iAgent. These are some of the most common technical questions that customers ask or is additional information iMS would like to provide. iAgent & Version Compatibility with the System i


iAgent is currently on release 1.02.6. There are no know compatibility issues with running iNspire with System i v5r4. iNspire must run on a System i with at least v5r2, though v5r3 is recommended.

Daylight Savings Time Change: How does this affect iVoice

iVoice uses the System i time for any call flow applications and reports. Please contact your System i Administrator to verify your System i has the correct time. The iVoice controller can be corrected through performing a Windows Update. If your controller is off, this will only affect the time displayed in debug logs for the lines saved in your iVoice System folder on the controller.
