iMessaging Systems, Inc. Purchases the Business Operations of RMTi

Merges Personnel with Major Competitor, Missing Link NA, Inc.

Merrimack, NH — April 16, 2001 — Today, iMessaging Systems, Inc. announces its acquisition of RMTi's business operations. The former RMTi team is now operating under the new name iMessaging. In addition, the former employees of Missing Link NA, Inc. have joined the new iMessaging organization. RMTi and Missing Link, former competitors and premier Interactive Voice Response vendors in the AS/400 (iSeries) market, offer a wealth of experience and industry knowledge. The result is a single, unified organization combining the experience and knowledge of both organizations.
