The iMessaging partner channel is an essential element to the delivery of leading edge telephony solutions to the System i marketplace. We work closely with our partners to ensure mutual success and quality solutions that enhance our client’s telephony integration needs. We engage in relationships with our partners on three primary levels:
Technology Integration partners provide the best-in-class hardware and software components that are utilized to deliver the ultimate iMessaging Systems solutions.
Referral Partners may be consultants, IBM Business Partners, application software companies or other parties who provide referrals directly to iMessaging Systems. iMessaging typically leads the sales effort with support and ongoing communication from the referral partner.
ISV Telephony Integration Partners are System i ISV’s who market and support industry software solutions that wish to strengthen their offering by integrating telephony within their software solution. In these relationships, the partner and iMessaging Systems work closely together to integrate the solutions and support the combined solution. iMessaging has developed the ISV Telephony Integration Pack (TIP) for iNspire telephony services to provide qualified ISV’s with the necessary support and components to integrate telephony within System i applications easily.
