iNspire Call Center Suite– myView
The iNspire Call Center Suite is delivered with a variety of monitoring and reporting tools to help your organization manage staff and call volumes. Because of iNspire's unique System i focus, all data, whether it be real time or data intended for analysis, is available directly from the System i database.
MyView for iNspire is an example of iNspire's monitoring capabilities (see sample screen shot below). MyView provides managers with a snapshot of call center activity, delivering detailed information by call center campaign, including: number of calls in queue, hold time, service level and more. Also, myView provides queue summary data along with detailed and summary information by agent.
