IBM Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) market and support industry software solutions. iMessaging is interested in working with ISVs who wish to strengthen their offering by integrating telephony within their software solutions. In these relationships, the partner and iMessaging will work closely to integrate and support the combined solution. iMessaging has developed the ISV Telephony Integration Pack (TIP) for iNspire telephony services to provide qualified ISVs with the necessary support and components to easily integrate telephony within their applications.

TIP was created to provide ISVs with the necessary components to integrate telephony capabilities within their i-based applications. TIP provides the software and consultation to quick start your voice integration project.

When designing TIP, iMessaging focused on four key concepts:

  • Sensible fees for engagement
  • Technical tools and telephony enablement consultation
  • Simplified integration for common application requirements such as self-service
  • IVR, “click-to-call” and “screen-pops”
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support
