Business PartnersIBM Business Partners (BP’s) that market and support Power Systems (System i, iSeries, AS/400) are an important channel for iMessaging. We are interested in working with BP’s that are customer focused, aware of trends in the market and committed to the platform. iMessaging is readily available to support the efforts of BP’s through product presentations, site visits and customer events. In many cases a customer focused webinar provides an excellent education to the prospects that the BP’s are engaged with. Business Partners are encouraged to engage iMessaging early in the sales process to ensure client requirements are fully understood and addressed. iMessaging will work with the BP to either lead the sales effort with support and ongoing communication from the BP, or work in a role subordinate to the BP. We furnish BP’s with the tools necessary to understand and clearly explain our product suite to prospects. These tools are intended to optimize the sales process and create interest in the iNspire product offering. For example, iMessaging has developed a BP sales kit to assist you in better understanding the features and benefits of the iNspire product and how voice integration can improve customer satisfaction and employee productivity with a meaningful return of investment. Other tools, such as an IBM product brief, sizing recommendation for iNspire and WebSphere TTS, pricing scenarios, and a self-running 8-minute power point presentation are available to help and for free distribution to your prospects and customers. In addition to the BP Sales Kit, we also are available to participate in BP sponsored events.
