iMessaging Systems named an APEX Award Winner

June 3, 2004 — iMessaging Systems, Inc. recently received an iSeries NEWS Apex Award for the iVoice™ Interactive Voice Response Solution. Winners of the third annual Apex Awards were announced by Penton Technology Media, a division of Penton Media, Inc., at Spring COMMON 2004 in San Antonio, Texas. According to Wayne Madden, publisher of iSeries NEWS, "The Apex Awards recognize industry leaders who have made valuable contributions to their customers and the market."
Both Editors' and Readers' Choice Awards were presented in eleven categories. iMessaging System's iVoice™ was the winner in the Communications Editors' Choice category. iVoice™ Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is designed specifically for the AS/400 (iSeries) platform to integrate IVR functionality into existing business applications. iVoice™ helps users reduce costs and streamline business procedures while providing their callers with immediate access to AS/400 data via the telephone.
