iMessaging Systems and ESD Computer Services Enter Strategic Partnership
Merrimack, NH — May 8, 2001 — Today, iMessaging Systems, Inc. and ESD Computer Services, Inc. announce that they have jointly entered into a strategic partnership to cross-market their respective product lines. iMessaging Systems, providers of real-time messaging products, and ESD Computer Services, providers of fax management solutions for AS/400 (iSeries) enterprise environments, offer premier communication solutions in their respective fields.
Specifically, the strategic partnership provides marketing rights to iMessaging Systems for ESD's FAXCOM®* fax management solution for the AS/400 enterprise environment. Similarly, ESD Computer Services gains marketing rights to iMessaging's Advanced Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions for the AS/400 and cross-platform environments. Additionally, both companies will pursue sales and referral opportunities for other selected products.
